Introduction

Burning Bridges AI is an AI video generator that places the person from one uploaded photo into the Burning Bridges party take (the "Service"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your access to and use of our website at https://burningbridges-ai.video (the "Site") and the Service, both provided by Burning Bridges AI ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Please read these Terms before you use the Service. If you do not accept any part of them, do not use the Site or the Service.

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. If you have questions about these Terms or about what we offer, write to us at contact@burningbridges-ai.video.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are 18 or older, or have reached the age of majority where you live if that age is higher. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you use the Service for a company, organization or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Account Registration

Some features require an account. When you create one, the information you give us must be accurate and complete, and you must keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Tell us right away if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes. You must not use the Service for anything unlawful or anything these Terms prohibit.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Generate or distribute content through the Service that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service, or try to do so.
  • Access the Site or the Service with bots, spiders, scrapers or any other automated means.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or the servers and networks that run it.
  • Use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property rights.

User Content

Ownership and Responsibility

Content you upload to the Service, or create with it, remains yours. This includes images, videos, text and other material ("User Content"). You alone are responsible for the User Content you create, upload, publish or share through the Service.

License to Us

When you submit or create User Content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and display that User Content. The license covers operating and improving the Service, and promoting it, including showing generated results as examples on the Site and in our marketing materials.

Content Restrictions

We want the Service to be safe, ethical and responsible. The restrictions below apply to all content generated, uploaded or shared through the Service.

The Service is designed to avoid adult, violent and sensitive content. AI output can still be unpredictable, so the Service is intended only for users aged 18 and older.

User Content must not contain nudity, biometric data, violence, sexually explicit material, or anything harmful, hateful, harassing or otherwise offensive, as we determine in our sole discretion. You must not upload, generate or make available any image, likeness, voice or other content of another person unless that person has given permission or you otherwise hold sufficient rights. Your rights under these Terms depend on following these restrictions. Any unauthorized use of the Service automatically ends the licenses we grant you under these Terms.

You may upload only photos of yourself, or of other adults who have given you permission to use their photo for this purpose. You must not upload photos of minors, and you must not upload photos of public figures or celebrities without their permission.

Using and Sharing Results

Results are generated by AI and may not look exactly like the person in your photo. You are responsible for how you use and share them. You must not use results for sexual, hateful or harassing purposes, to impersonate anyone, to commit fraud, or to pass a result off as real footage in order to mislead others.

Our AI providers screen photos and results for prohibited content and may block a photo or a result. A blocked generation does not use your credits.

Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

  • Illegal content: content that promotes, facilitates or involves illegal activity, including fraud, violence, or the sale of illegal goods or services.
  • Harmful content: content that incites hatred, violence or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics; terrorist material; sensitive political content.
  • Explicit or adult content: pornography, excessive violence or other inappropriate material, including any depiction of sexual abuse, child exploitation or animal cruelty.
  • Intellectual property infringement: content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of others.
  • False or misleading content: content that is deliberately false, misleading or deceptive, especially when presented as fact.
  • Privacy violations: content that reveals personal information without consent or otherwise invades someone's privacy.
  • Hate speech: content that promotes hatred, discrimination or hostility toward people or groups based on protected characteristics.
  • Harassment and bullying: content meant to harass, threaten or bully individuals or groups.
  • Self-harm and suicide: content that promotes or glorifies self-harm, suicide or other dangerous behavior.
  • Spam and malware: spam, malicious code, or content designed to phish, scam or harm users.
  • Impersonation: content that impersonates a person, organization or entity in a misleading or deceptive way.
  • Prohibited uses: using the Service for illegal or prohibited purposes, including illegal gambling, spreading viruses, or interfering with the Service.

Additional Restrictions for AI-Generated Content

  • Do not use another person's likeness, voice or biometric data without authorization.
  • Do not create deepfakes or impersonations intended to mislead, defraud or manipulate.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data as input unless the law allows it and the person concerned has authorized it.
  • Do not present AI-generated content as factual, as made by a human, or as endorsed by a real person or organization when it is not.
  • Do not generate content that involves minors in any sexual, exploitative, abusive or dangerous context.

Enforcement

We monitor and enforce these restrictions. We may:

  • Remove or restrict any content that breaks these rules, immediately and without notice.
  • Suspend or permanently close accounts that break these rules, at our sole discretion.
  • Take legal action where needed to protect the Service, our users and third parties.

By continuing to use the Service, you accept these restrictions and our right to enforce them.

Reporting Misuse

Anyone can report content made with the Service, with or without an account. If you see a generated video or image that breaks these rules, or one that uses your likeness without your permission, email contact@burningbridges-ai.video with the subject "Report" and include:

  • A link to the content or a clear description of where you saw it.
  • Which rule you believe it breaks, or how it uses your likeness without permission.
  • How we can contact you if we need more details.

We review every report. Where we confirm a breach, we remove the content we host and take the actions listed under Enforcement, and we let you know the outcome. We do not share the reporter's identity with the reported user.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

We or our licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site, the Service and the content we provide, including software, text, graphics, logos and trademarks. These Terms give you no rights or licenses in that material except as expressly stated.

To use the Service or our content in any way these Terms do not describe, ask for permission at contact@burningbridges-ai.video. If we grant permission, you must credit us as the owner or licensor of the content you use.

Burning Bridges and the Original Video

Burning Bridges AI is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Drake, OVO, their labels, or the owners of the "Burning Bridges" music video or its music. Their names and works belong to their respective owners and are referred to only to describe what the Service does. Results made with the Service do not carry their approval.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you send us about the Service ("Feedback") become our exclusive property. You assign to us all rights in your Feedback, and we may use it freely without compensating you.

Payments and Credits

Fees

Some features of the Service are paid. You agree to pay all fees that apply to your use of them. We may change our fees and billing methods at any time after giving you notice.

Billing

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. By providing your payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Orders are processed by Waffo, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, billing enquiries and returns for your purchase.

Credits

Generations are paid for with credits. Credits are deducted only when a generation completes successfully; a generation that fails is not charged.

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Credits from packs do not expire, and your balance is shown as the number of videos it covers.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in other circumstances.

Termination

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@burningbridges-ai.video. When your account is closed, your right to access and use the Service ends immediately.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account or your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

When these Terms end, all licenses granted to you under them end immediately and you must stop using the Service. Rights and obligations that have already accrued survive termination, including those relating to payment and intellectual property.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or use, that arise from or relate to your use of the Service, whatever the legal theory (warranty, contract, tort or otherwise), even if we were told such damages were possible.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Burning Bridges AI and its officers, directors, employees and agents against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or connected with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of a third party.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service, and replace any earlier agreements on the subject.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced as far as possible, and the remaining provisions stay in full effect.

Waiver

If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any of your rights or obligations under them, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the effective date at the top will change. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated Terms.
